Chicken ginger recipe


 

Ingredients:

- 250 grams boneless, skinless chicken cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 100 grams ginger, minced/sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cook until they start to soften.

4. Add chicken pieces, cook until browned on all sides.

5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.

6. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Garnish with chopped onions before serving.
